Parking / Parcio

It has been brought to my attention that the COUNCIL BIN COLLECTION could not get into one of the streets last week. Can I please remind residents and visitors do not park near or on the junctions at Danygraig Street, Leyshon Street and Phillip Street this is causing an obstruction and fixed penalty notices will be issued to those who's  vehicles are parked there.
